Serving the southwest Missouri area, The Bearded Scuba Diver was founded with a desire to connect with students, focusing on the experiences made rather than simply teaching a skill and moving forward. We want to ensure that every person who comes to learn with us not only leaves feeling confident and capable in their ability to scuba, but also like they have a community that they can come back to with friends that will last years down the line. We believe that the stronger support systems we provide will give students the chance to grow at their own pace. No matter what course you choose, we aim to ensure your comfort and understanding every step of the way to make this hobby accessible for as many people as possible. As apart of our dedication to your continuing education with us, we turn our certification events into fun get togethers with old and new students alike, providing food and drinks to celebrate you getting your feet wet officially for the first time. We also provide starting snorkel equipment free of charge to ensure that your gear fits best for you. Our affordable prices teaming up with HOG and our regular repair services means that you don't have to sweat ensuring the efficiency and safety of the equipment you buy.

With over a decade of scuba experience, Ronny's passion, expertise and commitment to conservation has changed the game of how diving is taught. He has worked with hundreds of students over the years to provide them with the highest quality tools they need to feel safe and confident when navigating the waves. While his beard may be wild, his heart is firmly anchored in the depths of the water, where every dive brings new discoveries and he gets to touch the lives of all kinds of creatures that live in the world of rivers and lakes, preserving ecosystems for generations to come.

Born into a family of adventure-seekers, Keaton inherited his father's passion for the water and has been honing his skills from a young age. He now helps work as an integral part of The Bearded Scuba Diver's underwater operation, assisting with new divers and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations. His youthful energy and bursting spirit for the trade makes him the perfect example for people of all ages to feel welcome in the field.
